I am currently working with private companies and public institutions along with other freelance teams on a wide range of projects including direct mail, broadcast, Internet and print. Current client list includes the healthcare, education, legal and retail/food service industries. In addition to my creative work, I am also working as a lead strategist on marketing plans, business development and branding workshops for educational, retail and legal clients.

Managed multiple advertising, marketing and public relations projects with aggressive deadlines for a medium sized agency. Specific copywriting duties for all mediums included broadcast; outdoor; collateral; direct mail; brochures; annual reports; proposals; and online. As the agency's broadcast producer, produced and directed television and radio commercials (both long and short formats). Worked closely with the agency's creative director on overall project direction. As needed, assumed creative lead on assorted projects using software knowledge (Photoshop, Quark), art direction and presentation skills to both small and large audiences. Clients included colleges and universities (Columbia College, USC-Aiken, Voorhees College, Benedict College, SC State University); electric utilities; manufacturing companies; healthcare; economic development agencies on a municipal, county and statewide level; retail accounts; and a host of pro bono clients including the University of South Carolina; the South Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence and several cultural organizations.

Copywriter on such diverse accounts as the Piggly Wiggly grocery store chain, real estate agencies, political campaigns, a major newspaper publisher, car dealerships, etc.

- MINA TONIGHT!, two-act comedy published by Samuel French Inc., New York, N.Y., 1997. The play has been consistently produced by regional theatrical organizations throughout the US since its publication.
- 2002 South Carolina Independent Film Festival Screenwriting Awards –2nd Place– judged by Daniel Waters (Heathers, Batman Returns)
- 2008 Quarterfinalist: Zoetrope Studios Screenwriting Competition
